When does Vital Football Fantasy League begin and end?
Entry opens on 24th July 2008. Scoring starts from the first match day of the EPL season (16th August 2008), and continues through the season until the last EPL game (24th May 2009). To get the most out the game you need to ensure your team starts scoring from the very first week of the season. To do this you need to register by 12.00pm on Saturday August 16th 2008.

How do I log on?
Get registered first with an email address, password, and manager names. Once you've done that you'll be able to use your email address and password to log on and pick that all conquering Vital Fantasy Side.

How do I see if I am a winner?
All winners will be notifiyed by email. During the season you will be able to track your progress by logging on to your team and clicking on the "Overall League Position" link - if your team appears at the top then you're currently in the lead If you're still there at the end of the season then you're the champion- congrtulations! Winners will appear in the Hall of Fame.

REGISTRATION

How do I set up an account?
Prior to selecting your team, we ask you to set up an account. This involves filling out a form with your email, password, name, address etc. You'll only have to do this once. Just click on the Register button to get started.

How much does it cost?
Nothing! Zilch, zero, nada! Entry to the Vital Football Fantasy League is absolutely free so gt signed up quickly and, once you've done that, get your friends involved too.

How do I pick a team?
It's so easy even a footballer could do it! First, make sure you have read the How to Play, Scoring and Terms and Conditions pages so that you understand the rules. Then login to your account and click on "Select Team" and follow the instructions. The registration process makes sure you abide by the rules and enter a valid team.

What further details do I need to provide to register a team?
All that's left is for you to select a team name. Be as inventive as you like, but keep them clean! Swear words and insults are not allowed.

How are the prizes awarded?
To view information about the prizes available select Prizes from the top menu.

TRANSFERS

How many transfers are available?
You can make up to 20 transfers over the course of the competition and tinkering with your team is essential if you're going to win Vital Fantasy Football. Transfers operate on a weekly basis with one cut-off / team freeze at midday (12pm) every Saturday. For example, if you make a transfer on a Sunday it will activate at the next cut-off / team freeze on the following Saturday.

When can I start using transfers?
You will be able to make transfers from the 1st September 2008. Full details on transfers can be found on the How to Play page.

TECHNICAL ISSUES
I am getting Javascript errors, what should I do?
Firstly, we apologise for any problems encountered. Please ensure you are using version 5.0 or above of Internet Explorer or 7.0 or above of Netscape Navigator / Communicator. Please also check that your browser has cookies and JavaScript fully enabled. This is essential to the functioning of the game.

I cannot access a page, what should I do?
Due to the secure nature of our site a few people using Microsoft's Internet Explorer will experience difficulties accessing parts of the site because you need a High Encryption Pack to do so. If you are experiencing these problems, there is a good chance you can overcome them if you upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer. You can do this at Microsoft's website.
